 To report a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team at Romaryofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including packaging if applicable.

Resolution OptionsReplacement

 If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. We will process the replacement order and notify you once it has been shipped.Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or you prefer, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7-15 business days of receiving the returned item.
